Justification for Higher Education

An analysis of the June 2010 BLS Unemployment report tells us 1 main thing.

College degreed employees with a few years experience are always in high demand.

While the Federal Unemployment Rate for civilians is still near an all-time high (9.5%), those employees over 25 years old with at least a Bachelors Degree have the LOWEST unemployment rate of any group...only 4.4%.

If you're an employer looking for a college educated employee over 25, there's a 95.6% chance they are already employed and will have to be lured away from their current employer.

How will you do it?
